Most heating and cooling websites look about the same: a stock photo of a smiling technician, a list of services and a phone number. They are not wrong, they just do not give anyone a reason to call you instead of the next company on the list.
We design HVAC websites as the front end of the marketing, not a brochure. Every page is there to rank for a search someone makes when they need you, and to get them to call.
What a good HVAC website has
A page for every service you want to sell
AC repair, AC installation, furnace repair, furnace replacement, heat pumps, ductless systems, indoor air quality, maintenance plans, commercial service. Each one its own page, with what is included and why a customer should pick you. This is what lets the site rank for those searches.
The phone number where a thumb can reach it
Most HVAC searches happen on a phone, often from someone sweating in a hot house. The number should be one tap away on every screen, and the request form should take under a minute.
Proof right where people decide
Real reviews, your license number, the brands you service, real photos of your crew and trucks, and your service area. People call the company that looks real and nearby.
Speed
A slow site loses the caller before the page loads. We build on Astro, a modern framework that produces fast pages, and we keep images and scripts lean.
Answers to the questions people search
“Why is my AC blowing warm air” brings in people who need a technician today. Answer pages turn that search into a call.
HVAC websites we built
Building & Air Maintenance, Pine Grove, PA. A commercial HVAC contractor whose buyers are hospital administrators, facility directors and plant managers. We built a 45 page site that leads with compliance and risk reduction: 14 service pages, from cooling tower restoration to fire damper compliance, 11 industry pages and 11 location pages, with the certifications front and center and real project photography instead of stock.
GRL Air & Heating, Winter Springs, FL. A family-owned residential and commercial HVAC company covering four Central Florida counties. The 35 page site includes service pages, county pages and 15 answer pages written around the problems Florida homeowners search for, with the state license and family ownership right on the site.
Both are shown in the client work section below, with links to the live sites.
How the build works
- Intake. You fill out a questionnaire about your services, your customers and the areas you serve.
- Kickoff call. We go deeper on what makes you different and which jobs you want more of.
- Design and copy. We write the pages and design the site around your brand. You review everything.
- Build and launch. Fast, mobile-first, SEO set up from day one, with redirects from your old site so nothing breaks.
- After launch. Add SEO, Google Ads or site care when you want the site to keep climbing.
If your current site is not bringing in calls, the free growth plan will show you why and what we would build instead.
