How much does a custom website cost?
Our projects range from $4,500 to $30,000 depending on the size of the site, complexity of the design, and scope of content and functionality. Most local service businesses fall in the $4,500 to $10,000 range. We provide a custom quote after our strategy call so you know exactly what you're investing in and why.
How long does it take to build a website?
Most projects take 4 to 8 weeks from kickoff to launch. Larger or more complex sites can take longer. The biggest factor in timeline is how quickly you provide content and feedback — we never hold up a project on our end.
Do I own the website when it's done?
Yes. You own everything — the design, the code, the content. We don't hold your site hostage. That said, we recommend ongoing management so your site stays fast, secure, and updated. But if you ever want to leave, your site goes with you.
What's the payment structure?
Deposit to start, and we're flexible on how the rest is structured. No surprise invoices, no hidden fees.
Process & Quality
How many revisions do I get?
As many as it takes. We don't cap revisions. This is premium custom work and we don't consider a project done until you're genuinely happy with every page. That said, we nail the direction early with our design brief process, so most clients don't need more than a couple rounds.
Will my website be SEO-friendly?
Every site we build has SEO baked into the foundation — proper site structure, optimized page titles and meta descriptions, schema markup, fast load times, and mobile-first design. If you want ongoing SEO services to actually rank and generate leads, we offer that separately starting at $2,500/month.
What platform do you build on?
It depends on the project. Most of our builds are on Astro (a modern, lightning-fast framework) or WordPress. We recommend the best platform for your specific needs during the strategy call. Either way, you get a custom-designed site — not a template with your logo swapped in.
Do you write the content too?
We provide content strategy and direction — page structure, headlines, calls to action, and SEO-focused copy guidance. If you need full copywriting, we can handle that as part of the project scope. We never launch a site with placeholder text.
